Post-Submission Review and Decision Process

Upon submission of a manuscript, the editor initially assesses its alignment with the journal’s aims, scope, and quality standards. If the manuscript is deemed unsuitable or fails to meet the required quality, it may be rejected at this preliminary stage. Manuscripts considered appropriate are forwarded for double-blind peer review by a minimum of two independent reviewers. Based on the feedback received from the reviewers, the editor will make a decision to accept the manuscript, request minor or major revisions, or reject it. The expected timeframe for the initial editorial decision is within 45 days

Copyright and Licensing

Upon acceptance of the manuscript, authors will receive a license agreement form to review and complete. This form confirms the authors’ contact details and the assignment of copyright to the publisher. Assigning copyright allows the publisher to legally distribute and manage the work.

Proofing and Publication

Once the completed license form is received, the article undergoes final preparations before publication. Corresponding authors will be provided with proofs of their manuscript to carefully review and identify any errors, such as typographical mistakes or inaccuracies in author information. It is important to note that this stage is not intended for requesting substantive changes or rewriting of the text. Following the proofing process, the article is published online as an Early Cite version, complete with DOI, making it fully citable immediately. This ensures the research is accessible and can be referenced by the academic community prior to its formal inclusion in a scheduled journal issue.

Post-Publication Support

After publication, authors are encouraged to actively promote their work to maximize its reach and impact. The journal offers comprehensive guidance on authors’ rights and best practices for sharing their articles across various platforms, including institutional repositories and social media. If any errors or issues are discovered after publication, the journal has established procedures in place to address them promptly. Depending on the nature and severity of the problem, corrections, clarifications, or retractions may be issued in accordance with the journal’s editorial policies to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
