Call for Papers – Volume 12(2025)
Journal of Business Studies (JBS) is a peer-reviewed scientific biannual journal published (Print and Online version with ISSN: 2362-0269) by the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce of the University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka. The journal is committed to advancing scholarly research and fostering academic discourse in the broad field of Business and Management.
We are pleased to invite the submission of original manuscripts for Volume 12 (2025). Submissions are welcome in, but not limited to, the following areas: Economics, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Managerial Decision Making, Management Information System, Marketing Management, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Behavioral Finance, Business Law, Business Strategy, Corporate Governance, Entrepreneurship and Commerce, Accounting and Finance, Trade and other allied areas of Business and Management.
Submission Guidelines:
Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the Author Guidelines of the Journal of Business Studies, available at:

Completed manuscripts should be submitted electronically to: editorjbs@univ.jfn.ac.lk
Submission Deadline:
The deadline for manuscript submission is 31st July 2025. Authors are encouraged to submit their work well in advance of the deadline. Manuscripts received after the deadline may be considered for subsequent issues.
Editorial and Review Policy:
All submissions will undergo an initial desk review to assess their relevance and suitability. Manuscripts that pass this stage will be subject to a rigorous double-blind peer review process involving at least two independent reviewers. Accepted papers will first appear on the journal website under the Early Cite section, and final volume and issue allocation will follow the chronological order of acceptance.
